Mass Notification & Emergency Communication

One trigger reaches everyone — every phone, speaker, screen, and door — in seconds, when it matters most.

Overview

When Seconds Count, One System Reaches Everyone

In an emergency, a message that reaches half your people is a message that failed. Kiedinger designs and integrates mass notification that alerts everyone at once — staff and visitors on their phones and desktops, and everyone on-site through the speakers, displays, and strobes already in your building — with two-way confirmation so you know who’s safe.

From a single building to a multi-site enterprise, we connect an enterprise-grade notification platform to your fire/voice-evacuation, paging, AV, wireless, and access-control systems — so one alert announces, displays, locks down, and notifies first responders automatically.

FAQ

Common Questions

What can trigger an alert?+

Panic buttons and wearables, a mobile or desktop app, sensors and weather feeds, or automatically from your fire alarm and other building systems — with direct 911/PSAP connection where required.

Can it reach both our staff and the public?+

Yes. Staff and visitors get text, voice, email, app, and desktop alerts; everyone on-site hears and sees it through speakers, paging, and displays; and eligible authorities can issue geo-targeted public alerts via IPAWS/WEA.

Will it work with our existing paging, fire, and AV systems?+

In most cases, yes — we integrate with your fire/ECS, PA/paging, AV displays, and strobes, and we’ll tell you up front where an upgrade is needed.

Can it help meet NFPA 72 or Alyssa’s-Law-style requirements?+

Yes. We design to NFPA 72 emergency communication standards and to school-safety mandates like Alyssa’s Law — including silent panic alerts, first-responder integration, and the documentation inspectors expect.

Who supports and tests it after installation?+

We do — with service agreements, monitoring, and the required periodic testing, so your system stays reliable and compliant.
